Sara Melin is a very promising international artist. Art has always had an important impact on her existence, even though everyday life has distanced her a little from this wonderful world. As a kid she has experienced war and poverty so many of her artworks is deeply connected with her subconsciousness. She rediscovered her great talent and passion in the most difficult phases of her life. For Sara art is an instrument threw which she can release all her tensions, feel free, light and fulfilled. By painting she get rid of her worries and here great talent combining shapes and colors emerges. The ability to communicate strong and intense emotions is one of the most characteristics features of her works. Her artworks is an example of how the mystery of life and pure emotions are closely linked to her art and how they inspire her. For Sara, this is what art is about, the search of balance, the only way to achieve inner calm by indulging in colors and lines. Art brings light. Practicing it, observing it, creating it is one of the ways to find ones own´s soul and to give it shine. The work is abstract but still has some elements that bring us back to reality and thus create a link with the material, real world. The use of few colors and the underlying concept of the search for symbolic elements and the expressive power of ones own painting is reminiscent of Mondrians artwork. The artist concentrates on collecting the expressions of her inner world, trying to give an effect of universality so that every viewer can find himself in her work and have a deep and personal interpretation of it. Art is therefore an instrument of liberation, a mirror that can free us from the usual everyday clothes to immerse us in the aspects of life that really matters and lead to harmony. Sara has the ability to convey deep feeling with her creations, and she does this by combining a few simple colors that are, however, perfect for creating an immersive atmosphere.
